Interim Finance Manager

18-months FTC

Hybird Working Model (3-days office based)

London

£90,000-£110,000 (depending on exp)

We are currently partnering with a major insurer who are seeking an experienced finance professional to deliver hands on accounting and regulatory services during an important merger. Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, this person will need extensive insurance reporting experience, including IFRS17 and Solvency II.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor regular financial processes, producing monthly management accounting packs to support strategic business decisions.
  • Lead statutory reporting workflows and manage the end-to-end external audit process.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of FRS, IFRS, and regulatory standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including reinsurance brokers and the International Group.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification is essential.
  • Strong insurance accounting background with a proven track record of IFRS17 and Solvency II reporting.
