Northamptonshire based client is looking to appoint an interim Finance Manager / Controller for a 6 month contract.
This role will commence ASAP & be undertaking the following key duties:
- Oversee day to day finance function and manage a small transactional team
- Manage cash flow, optimising working capital
- Manage payment runs including supplier, subcontractor & expenses
- Oversee payroll & pensions, working with a payroll bureau on both a weekly & monthly frequency
- Compliance with HMRC including VAT, PAYE, CIS, CT and other statutory returns
- Review / implement financial controls
- Oversee management accounts process
- Balance sheet reconciliations (specifically inter-company)
- Weekly reporting to senior management giving a consolidated view of the group
- Work with external auditors to complete the annual statutory audit

This role is being recruited on a fixed term contract for 6 months & is on site daily. This is a great role & is reporting directly into the CEO so will be working to really help to shape the finance function & work with them to aid in critical business decisions to assist the company in it's continued growth & success.
