Citadel Source is delighted to partner with a growing organisation to support the recruitment of their new Interim Finance Manager on an initial 6 month FTC.

The role

The role will provide essential support to the senior management accountant by taking full ownership of a major business unit and easing month-end pressure across the finance function. It will play a key part in consolidating multiple acquired legal entities into a single trading structure, working closely with external advisors throughout the process. A core focus will be improving and rebuilding month-end processes, reconciliations and reporting tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy and visibility. The position will strengthen financial insight across revenue, margin, cash flow and working capital for a fast-growing, multi-site organisation, while partnering with finance and operational stakeholders to streamline workflows, challenge assumptions and embed stronger financial discipline. It will deliver meaningful analysis, variance commentary and actionable insight to support operational decision-making, alongside identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and standardise processes across reporting, reconciliations and entity management. Finally, the role will contribute to wider transformation initiatives, including structural changes, systems improvements and the scaling of finance processes to support continued growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
