Interim Finance Manager | Charity sector | Swansea - hybrid

£45,000-£50,000

Our Charity client is recruiting for a strong Finance Manager with hands-on management accounting skills to provide monthly management information to the board and to lead and support the finance team.

The Role:

  • Lead day-to-day finance operations, managing a small team (AP, AR, payroll) and maintaining strong financial control.
  • Strengthen governance through redesigning supplier onboarding and enhancing approval processes.
  • Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
  • Implement structured month-end processes and reconciliation frameworks to improve accuracy and consistency.
  • Improve system-based reporting and streamline processes within finance systems and CRM.
  • Manage weekly payment runs and introduce SOPs to improve efficiency and control.
