The interim Finance Manager
The interim Finance Manager will report into a brilliant Finance Director and they will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Based near Wallingford within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry, this interim role will focus on managing budgets, preparing reports, Balance sheet reconciliations, year end and supporting financial decision-making.

Description
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and present key findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes effectively.
- Work closely with other departments to align financial objectives with business goals.

Profile
A Successful Interim Finance Manager Should Have
- A strong background in accounting and finance within a similar sector.
- Proficiency with financial management systems and tools.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills.
- The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Be able to start immediately

Job Offer
The Successful Interim Finance Manager Will Receive
- Daily rate of £300 to £350 (Umbrella), dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary position based in near Wallingford.
