Interim Finance Manager | PE-Backed Technology Business
£450-£550 per day | London | 6 months | ASAP
We are looking to speak with immediately available Finance Managers for an upcoming interim requirement within a PE-backed, international technology business.
The company is continuing to scale and requires an experienced, hands-on finance professional to strengthen the core finance function, support a busy reporting cycle and help improve existing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own key elements of the month-end close process
- Prepare and review management accounts, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support multi-entity and multi-currency financial reporting
- Produce monthly reporting packs and variance analysis
- Support statutory reporting and the external audit process
- Maintain strong balance sheet controls and improve existing reconciliations
- Work closely with FP&A and commercial finance teams to ensure accurate reporting
- Support cash flow reporting and working capital management
- Identify opportunities to improve month-end and reporting processes
- Support the Financial Controller and CFO with ad hoc projects
- Assist with the integration of newly acquired entities where required

Experience Required:

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA required
- Strong core financial accounting and month-end experience
- Previous experience within a fast-paced, multi-entity business
- PE-backed, SaaS, technology or high-growth business experience desirable
- Experience supporting year-end audit and statutory reporting
- Strong balance sheet and financial controls knowledge
- Comfortable working within a lean finance team and getting into the detail
- Able to adapt quickly and operate with limited guidance
