Interim Finance Manager | 6-Month FTC | High-Growth Technology Business | £60,000 + Bens
I’m currently working with a high-growth, internationally focused technology business that is looking to appoint an Interim Finance Manager on an initial 6-month FTC.
Following a recent Series A funding round, the business continues to experience triple-digit YoY growth and is entering an exciting next phase of expansion.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a hands-on role with responsibility across the core accounting function, including:

- Owning the month-end close
- Overseeing the bookkeeper
- Balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
- Supporting management accounts and financial reporting
- Audit preparation and liaison with external auditors
- Improving and strengthening finance processes as the business continues to scale
Requirements
I'm particularly interested in speaking with:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified accountants
- Strong month-end and financial accounting experience
- Candidates from high-growth, technology, fintech, SaaS or other fast-paced environments
- Someone hands-on, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Available at very short notice
