Interim Finance Manager | 12 Month FTC | Up to £60k + Benefits
An established and fast-growing Surrey-based business is looking to appoint an experienced Interim Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The role can be worked on a hybrid or fully remote basis, offering flexibility alongside an interesting and varied senior Finance position.
This is a hands-on role, initially focused on taking ownership of the management accounts function during a period of maternity cover, while also having the opportunity to improve processes, reporting, and automation across the wider Finance team.

The role will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts, journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
- Producing management accounts packs with meaningful analysis and commentary
- Investigating and resolving historic balance sheet reconciliation issues
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders across the business
- Supporting budgets, forecasts, audit, and tax requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and introduce automation
- Supporting KPI reporting and wider Finance projects
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong senior management accounts experience
- Is qualified or part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, or similar
- Is comfortable working in a multi-currency environment
- Has strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, and pivot tables
- Can manage large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy
- Is confident challenging existing processes and finding better ways of working
- Brings a hands-on, proactive approach and can make an impact quickly
