Interim Finance Manager - 9 months

Location: London

Pay: £350 - £400 p/d (Inside IR35)


About the Role

Talentedge are partnered with an exciting PE backed Consumer Tech business who are seeking a qualified Finance Manager for a 9 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an established finance department for one of the most exciting tech brands in the world.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the completion and production of monthly management accounts ensuring accuracy of financial reporting, including reviewing journal entries, prepayments and month-end close
  • Produce accurate and timely financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to assist on budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control and improvement
  • Monthly preparation and review of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow for the Group.
  • Overall responsible for the preparation of financial statements and external audit process, including subsidiaries.

About You:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA/Chartered Accountant
  • Previous experience from a Consumer/Tech/SaaS/B2B tech
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
  • Diligent, excellent organisational skills and ability to lead on tasks/challenges
  • Immediately Available or within a short notice period (2 weeks)
