Interim Finance Manager
Location: Oxford
Contract: Interim, 3–6 months
Qualification: ACA qualified or equivalent
Hybrid Working: Minimum 3 days per week in central Oxford office.
We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join an established organisation that has gone through a recent period of growth for an initial 3–6 month assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the monthly management accounts and reporting cycle
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow reporting
- Provide analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure balance-sheet reconciliations are completed
- Support year-end, audit and statutory reporting requirements as required
- Review and improve existing finance processes and reporting

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be:
- ACA qualified or equivalent (ACCA, CIMA or comparable qualification)
- An experienced Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar senior finance professional
- Residing in a commutable distance to central Oxford
- Strong across management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Happy to be hands on and commercially minded in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to commit to a 3–6 month assignment
