Global Accounting Network Opportunity
Global Accounting Network are currently working with a high-growth technology business specialising in the real estate sector, who are looking to appoint a French-speaking Financial Accountant on an initial 4-month interim contract.
This is a hands-on role within a growing international finance function, with the successful candidate taking ownership of key elements of the month-end close process and making an immediate impact.
The role will include:
- Leading key elements of the month-end close
- Preparing and posting journals, including accruals and prepayments
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations and investigating variances
- Supporting monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Assisting with intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Working with stakeholders across the business to resolve accounting queries
- Supporting wider financial accounting and reporting requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes and controls

We're looking for:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Ideally 1+ years' post-qualified industry experience
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong financial accounting and month-end experience
- Excellent attention to detail and strong technical accounting skills
- Someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership from day one
- Experience within a technology, SaaS or international business would be advantageous
