Interim Financial Controller
This Interim Financial Controller role on the outskirts of Romsey, is all about keeping the numbers in check and helping the business make sound financial decisions. You'll manage the day-to-day financial operations and provide key insights to key stake holders within the business.

Description
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise the finance team and provide guidance as needed.
- Handle cash flow management and forecasting.
- Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function.

A Successful Interim Financial Controller Should Have

- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of relevant standards.
- Experience in managing a finance team and overseeing financial operations.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in working within the healthcare industry.
Job Offer
- A daily rate of £300 - £350, dependent on the level of experience.
- A temporary contract.
