A globally recognised skincare brand, a standout name in the premium FFMCG space, is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join on an interim basis during a key period of growth and change. This is a pivotal role for a commercially astute finance leader ready to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations while supporting the CFO on strategic initiatives. You'll also have the opportunity to bring structure and rigour to some longstanding areas of the finance function as the business continues to professionalise and scale.

What you'll be doing:
- Owning month-end/year-end close and consolidated reporting across multiple international markets
- Managing the year-end audit and acting as primary liaison with external auditors
- Delivering management reporting and KPI insight to the CFO and leadership team
- Business partnering with commercial, retail, e-commerce, and supply chain teams
- Managing multi-currency cash flow, working capital, and treasury
- Leading and developing the existing finance team
- Supporting systems improvement projects and an overhaul of business reporting
What we're looking for:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven Financial Controller, ideally in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or consumer goods
- Experience in a global, multi-currency business with international retail/e-commerce operations
- Strong UK GAAP/IFRS knowledge with hands-on statutory audit experience
- Experience managing and developing a finance team
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence with ERP/reporting systems
