Interim Financial Controller
As an Interim Financial Controller, you'll oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role is key to maintaining smooth financial processes and supporting the organisation's accounting and finance needs.

A healthcare organisation based on the south coast.
Description
- Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Monitor and control cash flow to maintain financial stability.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to address financial queries.
- Review and improve financial systems and processes as needed.

Profile
A Successful Interim Financial Controller Should Have
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance.
- Strong experience in financial management within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting and cash flow.
- Leadership skills to manage and support a finance team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
