Interim Financial Controller | Consumer Brand | London / Hybrid
Harmonic is delighted to be working with a consumer brand that holds physical stock and is growing quickly. Our client has found a niche within their market and have seen enormous growth in recent years. The culture is dynamic and entrepreneurial, with a team of around 35. The finance team is small and the transactional work is already covered, so this is the senior finance seat in the business. Our client is open to this being a part-time position (3-4 days per week).
The Role
This is a full-time interim engagement covering the senior finance seat, with an initial term of three to six months. It is a hands-on role built around cash flow, working capital and business partnering with the wider team. The ledger and the first draft of the monthly reporting are handled elsewhere, so the focus here is review, adjustment and the forward-looking numbers rather than processing.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
