Interim Financial Controller
85k-95k+ 10-15% bonus

Halliday Marx are in partnership with an exceptional hospitality business who are looking to hire a Financial Controller on an interim basis for 18 months.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the day-to-day financial control, reporting, and fp&a
- Lead, manage and develop a finance team of 8
- Oversee month-end, management accounts and financial reporting
- Ensure strong financial controls, processes and governance are maintained
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the wider business
- Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning
- Drive improvements across finance processes and systems
- Provide commercial insight and analysis to support decision-making
- Work closely with the Finance Director and wider leadership team

Requirements
- Available to start within 1 month
- 8+ years post-qualified experience
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience managing teams of 6+
- Strong financial control and month-end experience
- Outstanding communication skills
