About the Company
Interim Financial Controller required for an initial 6 month contract to backfill current incumbent and work on process improvements. This is a PE-backed, high-growth, multi-site business with an international brand presence. It could be a temp to perm role for the right person.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Production of monthly management accounts and weekly sales reporting
- Business partnering with key stakeholders outside of finance
- Managing a team of 6 across transactional finance and management accounts
- Developing and encouraging junior staff through up-skilling
- Responsible for process improvement and delivering key value add information from finance to the wider business - you must be driven, positive and pro-active!

Qualifications
- An experienced Financial Controller with multi-site experience (ideally)
- A qualified accountant with strong core management accounts skills
Required Skills
- A pro-active mindset and able to demonstrate initiative when faced with uncertainty or multiple deadlines
- Ability to undertake continuous improvements at a growing business and lead a positive but junior team through change
