Interim Financial Controller | PE-backed Data Analytics SME | London / Hybrid | Up to £80,000

The Company

Harmonic is delighted to be partnering with a growing and well-established insights business as they look to strengthen their finance team with an experienced Financial Controller on a fixed-term basis.

The business is backed by a major private equity investor and is entering an exciting phase of growth, with further investment in its technology, international operations, and M&A strategy.

The Role

This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller who can take ownership of the core finance function and provide stability across the group during the assignment. You will take responsibility for group reporting, month-end, and banking.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a commercially focused business, take ownership across a broad finance remit, and work closely with senior stakeholders throughout the assignment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
