Interim Financial Controller
Location: Grays, Essex
Rate: £500-£550 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6 weeks
Start: Immediate
We are seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to support a business through its year-end accounts process. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential for this assignment. We require someone with hands-on Business Central experience who can work pragmatically around system issues while ensuring financial information is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the completion of year-end accounts
- Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing accruals and prepayments
- Overseeing purchase and sales ledger activities
- Maintaining fixed asset records and reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving financial discrepancies
- Working effectively around Business Central system challenges
- Identifying and implementing improvements to finance processes and controls
