Interim Financial Modeller (Initially 3 months)
Day Rate: (Inside IR35) £500 - £600
Location: South-East England – Hybrid
T2M Resourcing are supporting a client who require an experienced Interim Financial Modeller to design and build a simple robust Excel based sub-consolidation models for a large international group.
This is a hands-on contract role focused on building scalable financial models in Excel capable of consolidating multiple trial balances, supporting multiple reporting views, manual consolidation adjustments, and producing Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow by business view.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable Excel based sub-consolidation models.
- Create multiple business reporting views with reconciliation back to the main group consolidation.
- Develop functionality for manual consolidation adjustments and "what-if" reporting scenarios.
- Produce clear, stakeholder-ready financial reports and comprehensive model documentation.
- Work closely with finance stakeholders to define reporting requirements and provide knowledge transfer at project completion.

Requirements
To be successful as Interim Financial Modeller, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Advanced Excel modelling expertise.
- Previous experience of IFRS.
- Proven experience building complex financial models within large, multi-currency international organisations.
- Strong knowledge of consolidations, trial balances, and consolidation adjustments.
- Excellent understanding of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
