Interim FP&A Manager
London | Hybrid Working | Interim Contract 3-4 Months
A leading international not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to join its high-performing finance team during a critical budgeting and forecasting period.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment. You'll play a key role in supporting senior decision-making through insightful financial analysis, planning and reporting, while partnering with stakeholders across multiple international regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the 2027 budgeting process.
- Deliver the Q4 2026 forecasting cycle.
- Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
- Prepare high-quality financial presentations for senior leadership and governance committees.
- Support reporting to key external donors and funders.
- Business partner with regional and divisional teams, providing financial insight and challenge.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making.

About You
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong FP&A experience and the confidence to hit the ground running in a busy international organisation. You'll also bring:
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including modelling, pivot tables and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical ability with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Experience producing presentations and financial insights for senior leadership.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working.
