Interim Financial Planning Manager | Heritage Charity | £69k | FTC until May 2027 | 3 days PW in Central London (hybrid) | Full time

This Financial Planning Manager role is an opportunity to join a high-profile heritage charity on a fixed-term basis until May 2027. Sitting within the wider finance team, the role will act as a Finance Business Partner across a number of non-trading directorates, supporting senior stakeholders with budgeting, forecasting and financial decision-making.

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the directorates you support.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide clear financial insight, challenge and guidance.
  • Support major projects within the Central Investment Programme.
  • Improve financial reporting and management of third-party funding across live projects.
  • Provide greater visibility and control over project cash flows.
  • Lead the financial year-end close process for the relevant directorates.
  • Manage and support two Finance Analysts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
