Interim FM Consultant
£500 per day
Our client is a specialist M&E consultancy who are working with a diverse public sector body to assist in the management of their outsourced supply chain across all aspects of lifecycle, strategic and reactive maintenance. You would act as the conduit between the internal stakeholders and their providers
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Ensure contract KPIs are being achieved
- Ensure consistency of delivery of projects and programmes to time and cost targets and to assist with effective business planning and financial control assurance
- To lead on and facilitate the delivery of key performance measures to improve delivery
- Take responsibility for monitoring and reporting the operational and delivery progress.
- Manage cost allocation working closely with the financial teams.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in commercial management of large scale operations within facilities/property management. You will have extensive experience in implementing effective and innovative supply chain solutions to deliver value. You will be a strong manager of budgets who is adept at managing contracts across a diverse and varied portfolio.
