Interim FM Consultant

£500 per day

Our client is a specialist M&E consultancy supporting a large public sector organisation with the management of its outsourced FM supply chain across lifecycle, planned and reactive maintenance.

The successful candidate will act as the link between internal stakeholders and service providers, with a strong focus on technical FM and M&E delivery.

  • Manage outsourced FM providers and ensure contractual KPIs and service standards are achieved.
  • Oversee planned, reactive and lifecycle maintenance across a diverse property portfolio.
  • Provide technical assurance across M&E and building services.
  • Monitor operational performance, projects and programmes against time, cost and quality targets.
  • Drive performance improvement and effective supply chain delivery.
  • Manage costs and work closely with finance teams on budgetary control.

You will have a strong technical FM/M&E background, with demonstrable experience across building services, planned and reactive maintenance, lifecycle management and technical compliance.

You will also have experience managing large-scale outsourced FM contracts, suppliers and budgets within a complex estate or public sector environment.
