FP&A Manager (Fixed-Term Contract)
London Property & Leisure Group | £70-100k | 6 months, with potential to extend
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is undertaking a major transformation of a landmark London destination, bringing together hospitality, events, entertainment, leisure, restaurants, commercial offices, and public space.
Behind this diverse estate is a complex financial environment spanning multiple operating businesses, property, and operating company structures, and a broad range of tenants and revenue streams.
As the business moves into its next phase, the organisation is building the financial infrastructure that will support the estate for years to come. They are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to take a leading role in designing and implementing that infrastructure.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A and working closely with the CEO, CFO, and Asset Management teams, you will design and build the modelling and reporting framework required to establish a robust, scalable FP&A function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build consolidated models, bringing together forecasts across P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
- Standardise the wider financial model suite, incorporating robust integrity checks, controls, and validation processes.
- Develop Board, lender, and monthly management reporting packs, with outputs generated efficiently and consistently from the underlying models.
- Establish clear links between financial models, forecasts, KPIs, and reporting requirements across a range of stakeholders, from operational teams through to investors.
- Support the annual budgeting process and five-year business planning cycle.
- Help establish a sustainable FP&A framework and infrastructure that can be effectively managed by a lean team once the initial build is complete.
This is a genuine build role rather than a maintenance position. You will have the opportunity to shape how the FP&A function operates, establish best-practice processes, and leave behind a robust platform for the team to build upon.
