Interim FP&A Analyst (EMEA)

Up to £450 a day
Pearse Portfolio are supporting a PE-backed infrastructure firm who needs an interim FP&A Analyst to support delivery of its FY2027 budgets across the EMEA region. A hands-on analytical role sitting inside a fast-scaling finance function, working alongside the wider team through the budget cycle.

The Mandate
- Support the FY2027 budget process across the EMEA business
- Build and maintain budget models, templates, and supporting analysis
- Work with regional and departmental stakeholders to pull together bottom-up opex and capex
- Consolidate inputs, sense-check numbers, and flag variances
- Produce clean, well-presented analysis to support review and sign-off

What we need
- Qualified or finalist accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong FP&A and budgeting/modelling experience, ideally in infrastructure, or another capital-intensive, PE-backed environment
- Confident in Excel and comfortable handling large data sets at pace
- EMEA / multi-entity exposure an advantage
