Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll need to be analytical, commercially curious and confident working with senior stakeholders. We want someone who can take a set of numbers, understand what is really going on and explain what it means for the business.

Someone who asks questions. Someone who spots things. Someone who enjoys getting into the detail but can also see the bigger picture.

You’ll need to be comfortable operating at pace, dealing with change and working in a business where there is always plenty happening.

Experience within a large, complex, PE-backed, listed or similarly fast-paced business would be particularly interesting.

This role is predominantly London based, with some travel to Surrey.

Most importantly, we need a strong FP&A Manager who can bring structure, insight and commercial thinking to the numbers.

A brilliant interim opportunity with loads of scope, visibility and exposure.
