A rapidly growing, private equity-backed SaaS business is looking to appoint an Interim FP&A Manager to strengthen its commercial finance capability.
Reporting to the CFO, this role will be responsible for building and enhancing the FP&A function, providing meaningful commercial analysis and supporting the leadership team with data-driven decision making.

Key responsibilities:
- Own the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning process
- Develop and improve monthly management reporting
- Build and maintain financial models
- Provide commercial analysis across revenue, ARR, margins and customer performance
- Business partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations
- Develop KPI dashboards and improve management information
- Support the CFO with board and PE investor reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting and financial visibility

Ideal background:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent
- Strong FP&A / Commercial Finance background
- Previous experience within SaaS, software or technology
- Experience working with ARR, recurring revenue and SaaS KPIs
- Comfortable building models and improving reporting infrastructure
- Previous PE-backed experience highly desirable
- Strong Excel / financial modelling skills
