Interim FP&A Manager

Private Equity-Backed Multi-site Business

Location: West London (Hybrid)
Reference: MB1108

We're partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed multisite group to appoint an experienced FP&A Manager on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys improving finance processes as much as delivering high-quality planning and analysis. Working closely with the Commercial Lead and senior leadership team, you'll help enhance the FP&A function while supporting a complex, multi-site business through its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
  • Improve and streamline FP&A processes, reporting and financial controls.
  • Develop insightful management reporting, dashboards and KPI analysis.
  • Partner with operational leaders across multiple sites to provide commercial financial support.
  • Review existing planning models and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Support strategic projects, including investment appraisal and business performance initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, reporting and planning capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
