Interim FP&A Manager

3-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Competitive day rate
Central London | Hybrid Working (3 Days in Office)

I'm working exclusively with a large PE-backed international organisation to appoint an Interim FP&A Manager to join its Group Finance function on an initial 3-month contract.

This is a highly visible role, sitting at the heart of a complex, debt-backed business with significant international operations. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you'll play a key role in managing group liquidity, cash flow forecasting and leverage reporting, while providing critical cover during a permanent recruitment process.

The business operates across multiple international entities and requires an experienced finance professional who can quickly understand a complex environment, challenge assumptions and deliver accurate, insightful forecasting to senior stakeholders.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and enhancing group cash flow forecasting and liquidity reporting
  • Developing robust forecasting models to support decision making and capital allocation
  • Assessing the impact of acquisitions, disposals and strategic initiatives on cash flow and leverage
  • Supporting debt, covenant and net debt analysis
  • Producing reporting and analysis for senior leadership, investors and lenders
  • Supporting credit rating agency reviews and financing-related activities
  • Partnering with finance teams across multiple international business units
  • Driving process improvements across forecasting and reporting models
  • Supporting broader FP&A and management reporting activities during quieter periods

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
