Interim FP&A Manager – PE-Backed Professional Services
Location: London, Hybrid working (1 day/week in the office)
Duration: 4 months, likely extending
Rate: £450-500/day (IR35 status TBC)
Start: ASAP
Eames are partnering with a PE-backed professional services business to hire an Interim FP&A Manager for an initial 4-month assignment.
The business is in the middle of its budget cycle and needs an experienced, hands-on FP&A professional to run the process through to sign-off in early to mid December. A fit-for-purpose budget model is already in place. The successful candidate will own and manage it, work with the leadership team on the outputs, and support month-end reporting.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Budget Process: Run the budget process through to completion, managing and developing the existing budget model to meet a sign-off date in early to mid December.
- Budget Reviews & Analysis: Run budget meetings with senior stakeholders, develop the outputs and produce sensitivity analysis to support decision-making.
- Month-End Reporting: Spend around 2 days a month on financial accounting, pulling together TBs, P&Ls and board packs and feeding results into the management packs.
- Consolidation: Support the group consolidation, which is already set up.
- Business Partnering: Work out what the business needs and why, and turn the numbers into clear, rationalised outputs.

Person Requirements:
- ACA qualified, practice trained, with industry experience
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Proven experience of running an end-to-end budgeting process
- Solid financial accounting background, ideally including consolidation
- Experience in professional services is preferred, and a PE-backed environment is a strong plus
