Career Interim FP&A Professional
An exciting opportunity for a career interim FP&A professional to join a growing, consumer-focused organisation on an initial six-month assignment. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insight, support planning activities and influence commercial decision-making.

Description
- Deliver commercial insight to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive performance improvement.
- Develop reporting and analysis that enhances business visibility.
- Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement across financial planning and reporting processes.
- Influence decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.

Profile
The successful candidate will be a commercially focused interim finance professional with strong FP&A, business partnering or commercial finance experience gained within a fast-paced consumer or FMCG environment.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
- The ability to translate complex data into meaningful commercial insight.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
- Experience developing reporting and performance analysis to support business performance and growth.
- Experience within food, drink or FMCG sectors would be highly advantageous.

Job Offer
- Initial six-month interim assignment with an August start.
- Competitive day rate of £400-500 per day (Inside IR35).
- Predominantly remote role, with some onsite time required initially and as needed thereafter.
