Interim FP&A Manager Role in Bracknell
This Interim FP&A Manager role in Bracknell is all about supporting the transport and distribution industry by providing financial planning and analysis expertise. Following a period of change and continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to support the finance function and provide high-quality commercial insight to senior stakeholders. An organisation operating within the transport and distribution industry, based in Reading.
Description
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts and budgets to support business strategy.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Monitor and report on financial performance against targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios.
- Provide clear and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

Profile
A successful Interim FP&A Manager should have:
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Experience in the transport and distribution industry is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

Job Offer
- Daily rate between £360 and £440, dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary position offering flexibility in Thatcham.
