Interim FP&A Transformation Lead | 6 months initially | £500- £600 per day Outside IR35 | London - hybrid

The role requires candidates who can start in September / October but sooner the better

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known consumer brand as their Interim FP&A Transformation lead on a day rate contract Outside IR35.

We are looking for an outstanding FP&A transformation specialist to review & redesign end-to-end financial planning in an international consumer group.

You will:

  • Lead a detailed discovery exercise across the existing financial planning and analysis process
  • Engage finance and operational stakeholders to understand their needs and where the greatest inefficiencies lie
  • Redesign planning and reporting processes across all divisions
  • Explore how AI could enhance FP&A and lead the adoption of AI
  • Rebuild or simplify long-standing Excel models
  • Identify opportunities to make better use of Power BI and the existing data warehouse
  • Develop pragmatic, sustainable processes that the existing team can confidently own
  • Support the team through improvements and ensure the new approach is embedded successfully
