Interim Fund Services Operations Manager

6-Month Contract | London / Hybrid

The Opportunity

We are supporting a leading global private equity investment firm seeking an experienced Interim Fund Services Operations Manager for an initial six-month engagement.

The business is undergoing a period of operational change and transformation across its fund services function and requires a senior, credible individual to provide operational leadership, maintain business continuity and support the delivery of key initiatives.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work within a sophisticated private markets environment, partnering with senior stakeholders across Fund Operations, Technology and Change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of day-to-day fund services operations, ensuring continuity, effective oversight and delivery across the fund administration function.
  • Manage relationships with external fund administrators and internal stakeholders, ensuring operational processes, controls and service standards are maintained.
  • Support ongoing operational change initiatives, working closely with technology and transformation teams to improve processes, systems and efficiency.
  • Provide senior-level operational expertise across private equity fund structures, fund administration workflows and associated service providers.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges, manage competing priorities and ensure effective handover and knowledge transfer across the function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
