Interim Regional General Counsel (EMEA)
6-Month Contract | Fully Remote (UK or Europe) | Immediate Start
A global industrial and manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Interim Regional General Counsel to support its European operations during a period of transition.
This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned legal leader to step into a broad EMEA-facing role, partnering with senior business stakeholders on strategic legal, commercial and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.

- Complex commercial contracts and strategic negotiations
- Cross-border legal and regulatory matters
- Corporate governance and risk management
- Distribution, supply chain and operational issues
- M&A, integration and business transformation projects
- Management of external counsel where required
- Senior stakeholder engagement across Europe and EMEA
This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced lawyer who can operate autonomously in a lean, fast-paced environment.
About You
We are interested in speaking with lawyers who possess:
- 15+ years' post-qualification experience
- Prior experience as a General Counsel, Regional GC, Deputy GC or senior legal leader
- Significant international and multi-jurisdictional experience
- Strong commercial contracts and business advisory capabilities
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, engineering, chemicals, infrastructure, logistics, energy or similarly operational businesses
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder groups across multiple countries
- A practical, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to work independently
- Additional European languages would be advantageous but are not essential.
