  • Partner with Global HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead global university recruitment initiatives, including campus engagement, internship and early-career programmes, and diverse early talent pipelines.
  • Represent the organisation at career fairs, campus events, and university partnership activities, both virtually and in person as required.
  • Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and future-focused roles.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social platforms, referrals, direct sourcing, and talent communities.
  • Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and professional candidate experience across all regions.
  • Maintain compliance with local labour laws and global recruitment best practice.
  • Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and university hiring outcomes, and provide data-led insights.
  • Support broader Global HR initiatives, process improvements, onboarding activity, and employer branding projects as capacity allows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
