Interim Global Tax Manager

Finatal is working with a £150m international professional services group in the search for an Interim Tax professional to join immediately. The business operates across the UK, Europe and APAC and is approaching a challenging year-end audit.
They need an experienced tax professional who can quickly get to grips with the situation, bring overdue compliance work back on track and lead the tax elements of the audit process. This is a hands-on role, and you'll be expected to prioritise issues quickly, work through outstanding tax matters and provide steady leadership during a particularly busy period for the finance function.

You will be reporting to the UK CFO and working closely alongside the Head of Audit, taking ownership of the Group tax function at a critical point in the audit cycle. You must have a deep understanding of VAT compliance and reporting and be comfortable working effectively in fast-paced environments.
