Outside IR35 | 3-4 Months | 2 Days per Week | Cheltenham

I'm working with a FTSE-listed business that requires an experienced Interim Group Reporting & Consolidations Accountant to support the Group Finance team during a busy reporting period.

This is an immediate requirement for someone who can hit the ground running, bringing deep technical expertise in group reporting, consolidations, and financial reporting within a complex, international organisation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the monthly group consolidation and reporting process across a large international group
  • Reviewing reporting submissions from operating businesses and ensuring the integrity of consolidated financial information
  • Delivering insightful analysis across the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
  • Supporting the ongoing development and optimisation of the Group's consolidation and reporting processes
  • Working closely with Group Finance and finance teams across multiple international entities
  • Helping improve reporting efficiency, controls, and automation where possible

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
