Mitchell Adam are searching for an interim Group Reporting & Technical Accounting role with a well-established, rapidly expanding international organisation.
This is a high-profile position reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller, offering the opportunity to work across a diverse and growing group of businesses.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Group year-end close and consolidation process across multiple divisions
- Preparing annual consolidated and subsidiary statutory accounts under FRS 102
- Acting as the primary point of contact for the Group’s external auditors
- Coordinating the audit process
- Maintaining and developing the Group’s OneStream consolidation system, supported by outsourced specialists

Ideally, you will:
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA), ideally with a big 4 background with a strong background in group reporting, statutory accounts, and technical accounting
- Have strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly FRS 102 with proven experience of group consolidation and statutory reporting in an international environment
- Have experience managing external audit relationships
- Experience with Hyperion or OneStream would be highly desirable
