Interim Group Reporting Manager
Our client, a listed business, are looking for an Interim Group Reporting Manager to cover an initial 3-month period. Based in the office in London 4 days a week and working 1 day remotely, leading a small team your responsibilities would be but not limited to;
- Take ownership of the Group's financial reporting framework, ensuring high-quality management and statutory reporting across the organisation.
- Lead tax, treasury and compliance activities, maintaining robust financial governance and control.
- Act as the subject matter expert for technical accounting matters, supporting complex transactions and changes in accounting standards.
- Champion continuous improvement through the optimisation of reporting processes, systems and automation.
- Partner with the Finance Director and wider leadership team to provide insight, analysis and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and inspire a high-performing reporting team, encouraging collaboration, accountability and professional growth.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- Strong experience of leading month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting in a complex, multi-entity environment
- Proven track record of enhancing reporting processes, strengthening financial controls and improving the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of financial reporting
