Interim Group Treasurer – PE-Backed Financial Services
Location: London | Hybrid
Contract: Interim | 6 months initially
Start: Immediate

We are supporting a PE-backed Financial Services business with the appointment of an Interim Group Treasurer to lead the treasury function during a period of growth and change.
This is a senior, hands-on mandate requiring someone who can quickly take ownership of the Group's liquidity, funding, cash management and financial risk, while partnering closely with the CFO, senior leadership and investors.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group treasury function and manage the existing team
- Own liquidity, cash forecasting and working capital management
- Oversee debt facilities, funding and refinancing requirements
- Manage banking relationships and key external stakeholders
- Lead FX, interest rate and financial risk management
- Strengthen treasury controls, governance, policies and reporting
- Support the CFO with PE investor, lender and Board reporting
- Drive improvements across treasury processes, systems and cash visibility
- Support wider strategic initiatives including M&A and refinancing

Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Group Treasurer / Head of Treasury
- Strong Financial Services background
- Previous experience within a PE-backed / highly leveraged environment
- Strong debt, liquidity, cash and funding experience
- Comfortable working with PE sponsors, lenders and senior leadership
- Commercial, hands-on and comfortable operating through change
- Immediately available or able to start at very short notice
