A local authority client of mine are currently on the lookout for an Interim Head of Corporate Finance to join their team for an initial 9-12 month contract.

You will be expected to:
- Lead annual accounts closedown
- Manage external audit process
- Resolve complex accounting issues
- Review closedown working papers
- Ensure CIPFA Code compliance
- Complete outstanding year-end activities
- Prepare statutory accounts
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations
- Support finance team delivery
