We’re currently looking for an experienced Interim Head of Creative & E-commerce to join a well-established retail business based in Hertfordshire for an initial 3-month assignment.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role bringing together Creative, E-commerce and commercial performance, with responsibility for ensuring both functions are aligned, well managed and delivering against the wider business agenda.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing & Technology, you’ll provide senior oversight across the Creative and E-commerce teams, working closely with the Creative Lead and E-commerce Manager to set priorities, remove obstacles and ensure key campaigns, digital activity and commercial projects are delivered effectively.
You’ll be someone who can quickly assess a function, identify what needs attention and bring clarity, structure and momentum — while still giving experienced managers the autonomy to lead their respective areas.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
