The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a founder-led, digitally native brand that's experiencing significant international growth. CRM is a genuine strategic priority for the business, and they're looking for someone who can elevate customer retention, personalisation, and loyalty to the next level while helping shape the future direction of the function.

The Business

I'm working with a fast-growing fashion brand that's built a really loyal customer following and a strong online presence. They're known for moving quickly, being creative, and having a genuine entrepreneurial mindset.

The business has grown significantly over the past few years and is now looking to put even more focus on customer retention, loyalty, and personalisation, making CRM a key area of investment.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for somebody who loves using customer data and insight to drive growth.

You'll take ownership of the CRM function, looking at how customers engage with the brand from their first purchase through to becoming loyal repeat customers. The role will focus on improving customer journeys, increasing retention, and finding new ways to keep customers engaged across email, SMS, and other retention channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
