Partner Financial are looking to recruit a particularly commercial, sales focused individual to be an Interim Head of FP&A. Our client is a leading upscale hospitality business who operate a handful of sites and are known for the elite level of service they offer. Boasting particularly high (industry leading) occupancy rates, the business is profitable and very much on an upward curve, indeed they seek to double the number of sites they operate over the next 3-5 years.
The Interim Head of FP&A will report to the CEO and will gain significant exposure as a result.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build the 2027 budgets for all operating sites and group entities including cashflow forecasts.
- Partner with non-finance stakeholders to gain buy-in to all budgets and plan for growth.
- Prepare an Information Memorandum to support a capital raise in 2027 (to fund expansion).
The Candidate:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA).
- Prior experience of building budgets and strong all-round FP&A experience.
- Exposure to preparing longer term forecasts / information to support a capital raise / event.
- A potential desire to move out of finance into a commercial role over time.
