About the Role

Morson Edge are currently leading the search for a Head of Modelling to support with credit strategy development, with responsibility for the development and maintenance of both operational credit models and IFRS9 impairment models.

The role also manages a small team, and would be London based with 50% home working flexibility.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working hands-on across technical modelling activities, while also engaging effectively with senior stakeholders, representing the team at relevant committees, and supporting the external audit process.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in credit modelling and credit strategy, covering both operational credit management and IFRS9 impairment modelling.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS9 Impairment.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
