Head of Modelling
Morson Edge are currently leading the search for a Head of Modelling to join a UK bank on a day rate contract for circa 4 months initially. The role would support with credit strategy development, with responsibility for the development and maintenance of both operational credit models and IFRS9 impairment models.
The role also manages a team a small team, the role would be London based with 50% home working flexibility.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working hands-on across technical modelling activities, while also engaging effectively with senior stakeholders, representing the team at relevant committees, and supporting the external audit process.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in credit modelling and credit strategy
- Strong knowledge of IFRS9 Impairment
- Leadership and team management experience
