We are delighted to be working with a brilliant North East business to recruit a Head of People Partnering & People Operations on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The role has arisen due to an internal secondment and offers the opportunity to join a business at an exciting time of change and transformation.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Head of People Partnering & People Operations will lead a team of experienced Strategic People Partners and the People Operations team, enabling and embedding the people strategy.

Working as part of the HR SLT, this role provides strategic and operational leadership for the people function, ensuring a high-quality, compliant and customer focused service is delivered. You will foster strong stakeholder relationships, including Executive and business leaders, driving a consultative approach that aligns people priorities with business objectives.
This role requires a HR Professional with strong experience of leading strategic business partnering teams and ER/Operational functions and working collaboratively with centres of expertise. Experience of delivering people strategy during times of significant change and transformation is essential, as is extensive knowledge of employee relations and the implementation of innovative people solutions.

The role is hybrid with 2/3 days on site in the North East.
