About Us
Artlogic is a leading technology platform for the art world. Founded in 1989, Artlogic empowers over 6,000 galleries, dealers, and art professionals worldwide to streamline their operations and grow their businesses. The company’s integrated platform combines inventory management, CRM, websites, sales, marketing, and payment tools, everything needed to run a modern and successful art business.
In 2021, Artlogic was acquired by tech investors Cove Hill Partners to accelerate innovation and expand its global reach. Since then, the company has doubled in size, with employees across London, New York, Atlanta, and Cape Town.
Today, Artlogic is entering an exciting new chapter through its merger with ArtCloud, another industry leader in art technology. Together, the two companies are uniting complementary platforms to build the most comprehensive, forward-thinking solution for the art world. This collaboration brings together deep expertise across CRM, sales, marketing, inventory, payments, and AI-powered tools, empowering galleries, artists, and collectors worldwide.
Joining Artlogic means becoming part of a growing global team that is shaping the future of how art is bought, sold, and managed, both online and in person.
About the Role
Leading our Professional Services function across Migration Services and Design Studio, you will provide clarity, consistency and direction during an important period of change. You will bring the teams together under a clear leadership structure, coach and develop our people and strengthen collaboration across Professional Services and the wider business.
Working closely with the VP of Customers and wider leadership team, you will assess the current Professional Services function and implement practical improvements across people, processes, customer journeys, project delivery, tooling and ways of working. You will build on the deep expertise already within Migration Services and Design Studio while creating greater alignment, accountability and consistency across the function.
Professional Services plays an important role in some of the most significant moments in a customer's relationship with Artlogic. Whether migrating years of business-critical data, delivering a new website or supporting a customer through complex change, you will ensure customers receive a thoughtful, seamless and consistently high-quality experience from sale through delivery and handover.
You will also strengthen the commercial contribution of Professional Services, partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure projects are scoped and delivered sustainably, customer risks are identified early and opportunities to create additional value are recognised and acted upon.
As an interim role, the focus is on delivering meaningful stability and bringing together a newly formed but very capable team through a period of change. Success will mean a capable and confident team, embedded and scalable ways of working, greater operational maturity and a Professional Services organisation positioned to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and support Artlogic's continued growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
